Implementation

Approach

The EXCELerator Implementation is a multiyear partnership between EXCELerator and the district. During this phase, the strategies for improving the college readiness infrastructure developed during the Solutions and Strategies phase are implemented.

Analysis

During Implementation, the EXCELerator team supports day-to-day implementation, project oversight, professional development and coaching. EXCELerator staffs a core team of full-time experts to work alongside the district’s personnel to implement the college readiness strategies, ensure initiatives stay on track and evaluate the effectiveness of individual initiatives. In addition, the EXCELerator team works with the district’s leadership team to monitor Implementation progress.

Results

The primary deliverable for District Implementation is an integrated plan that describes an ongoing, sustainable process to plan, implement and monitor initiatives to improve the district’s college readiness infrastructure.
